If you have flexibility on timeline, we might be able to work out some other website package for you. Otherwise, you may want to find another web designer/developer — I always like to recommend the ilovecreatives directory of fellow web designers to people who aren’t a perfect fit!

We’ll be working based on the PST time zone but are happy to take clients from anywhere around the world!
We also like to screen-record progress updates which works great for people in other time zones who can’t make it to virtual meetings.

The 3-day timeline does not include weekends. If your Day 1 is on a Thursday or Friday, we’ll be skipping over Saturday & Sunday and continue after the weekend.

Sure, as long as you understand our studio won’t be doing any work on those off days and that we’ll still be sticking to our original scope!
The maximum gap between days for Super Rush Sites will be 4 business days, and any recheduling of days should be arranged at least 3 weekdays ahead of time.

We’ll complete the agreed-upon scope for your Super Rush Site on the fixed schedule, and if you want to work with us for more, we can discuss logistics for more development and maintenance with our standard website rates on a separate contract!

It’ll be mainly founder/owner Paulina, but once you complete your questionnaire and all the pre-kickoff stuff, we’ll see if your project needs may benefit from more design/dev team members!

If you have a specific launch date in mind, it’s highly recommended to schedule our days so Day 3 is at least 1-2 days before your launch to allow time for your domain to propagate.

Certain Advanced JavaScript/specific features or too many of them might not be possible within this package. It's important you be as specific as possible in your inquiry, and if selected, in your questionnaire so we can make sure everything is doable in the 3-day timeline!

You need a site ASAP, but only a landing page or two! That’s usually doable in a few days anyway at a lower budget, so just inquire for a regular web package.
You’d prefer to go with the flow. A lot of our clients like to take it slow and see where our creative journey takes us, and we love that!! But SRS may not be the one for you.
You have a large amount of advanced/custom features in mind. (Ask us if you’re not sure exactly how much a “large amount” is!)
You need more than a few days/weeks to think through big decisions.
